Senior Test & Validation Engineer

At AI-Blox, we build high-performance, modular hardware for edge AI applications. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Test & Validation Engineer to help us deliver rock-solid products to our customers in industries like robotics, logistics, and autonomous systems.  

🔧 Your Mission

As part of our international team you'll:

• Define and execute thorough validation plans for our embedded hardware platforms
• Design test setups to evaluate functional, electrical, thermal, and system-level performance
• Perform root cause analysis of failures and anomalies in collaboration with design teams
• Translate customer requirements and applicable EN standards into practical test procedures
• Prepare clear, detailed test reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Continuously improve our test infrastructure and methods (including automation)
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and systems engineers during development and bring-up phases

✅What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in hardware testing, validation, or electronics development
• Experience with NVIDIA Jetson or embedded AI platforms
• Strong understanding of digital electronics, embedded systems, and lab instrumentation
• Hands-on experience defining and running structured validation campaigns
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g. Python, Robot Framework) for test automation (Test Rail)
• Analytical mindset with strong debugging and root cause analysis skills
• Experience interpreting and applying customer requirements or EN standards in testing
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven attitude
• Fluency in English
