At AI-Blox, we design and build innovative computers for physical AI applications, enabling real-time, efficient and sustainable AI solutions worldwide. 🌍 We're seeking a meticulous and passionate Accounting Assistant to support our financial operations.

🔧 Your Mission 

• Manage incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Analyze spending, identify discrepancies, and support in preparing cost reports
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial transparency across departments
• Assist with cash forecasting and cash flow management
• Assist with monthly and annual closing
• Play an active role in the transition to Oracle NetSuite, helping to streamline and improve internal finance workflows
• Work closely with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and reporting

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience with AR/AP processes; GL knowledge is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with structure and deadlines
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with NetSuite is a plus)
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French are strong assets
• Eager to learn, hands-on, flexible, and motivated to work in a fast-paced international tech environment
