Logistics & Supply Chain Assistant (entry-level)

At AI-Blox, we design and build innovative computers for edge AI applications, enabling real-time, efficient and sustainable AI solutions worldwide. 🌍 We need you to join us as a Logistics and Supply Chain Assistant to support our procurement, inventory management and logistics operations.

🔧 Your Mission 

• Track and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability and accuracy
• Receive, inspect and organize incoming shipments
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics partners
• Physically handle inventory, including lifting and moving materials (electronics components mainly)
• Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, components and supplies
• Communicate with vendors and manufacturers on orders, pricing and delivery schedules
• Identify and implement process improvements within logistics and supply chain
• Work closely with sales, production, logistics and finance teams to improve supply chain efficiency

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, etc.)
