🔧 Your Mission

• Take ownership of the AI Innovation Lab, ensuring seamless testing, development and optimization of AI-powered systems
• Provide pre-sales support, product demos and technical consultations to customers and partners
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and deliver tailored AI solutions that meet customer needs (focus on hardware & software integration)
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to empower customers to integrate, configure and maintain AI-Blox solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during deployment and integration
• Gather customer feedback and work with the product management team to advocate for continuous improvements
• Be hands-on in both the lab and at customer sites to ensure the successful deployment of AI systems 
  

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Engineering, Robotics or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Passion for AI, particularly edge computing and the development of physical AI
• A strong interest in hands-on embedded systems and AI hardware technologies, with some experience in AI model deployment and hardware tools (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Willingness to learn and a strong desire to grow professionally in the AI and hardware field
• Excellent communication skills in English—able to break down complex technical concepts for all audiences
• A customer-first mindset and a drive to deliver impactful, real-world solutions
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and participate in industry events
